Job Description
Human Resources Program Assistant VISTA will support capacity-building efforts focused on developing and sustaining a structured internship program across multiple departments. The VISTA member will assist with designing processes, tools, and partnerships that expand economic and professional opportunities for young adults in the Trenton community.
Requirements
- Collaborate with HR staff and department leaders to identify internship opportunities
- Assist in reviewing and organizing current HR onboarding materials
- Support the creation and distribution of surveys or tools used to assess departmental internship capacity
