Human Resources Intern (Vista)

MAAC is seeking a Human Resources Intern to assist with basic office/clerical work in support of the Human Resources office, providing practical experience for current students working towards a degree/career in Human Resources. Responsibilities include providing excellent service, filing, and related office support services, assisting with Human Resources tasks and projects, and prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Use of the Internet, Microsoft Office Suite, and general office equipment
• Ability to create and format letters and reports, proofreading and editing skills to produce professional results
• Effective communication both orally and in writing, work effectively in a busy environment, and to multi-task
