Human Resources Intern (Chula Vista)

Provides support to the Human Resources office, assisting with tasks such as filing, software applications, and database management. Provides excellent service to internal and external customers, and assists with recruitment, benefits, and employment-related projects.

Requirements

• Provides excellent service by accurately answering calls or e-mails from internal and external customers
• Assists with filing and related office support services
• Assists with a variety of Human Resources tasks and projects, including recruitment, benefits and employment-related assignments and reports
• Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines with successful completion of work
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, be punctual, and communicate requests about the work schedule in advance
