Certified/Registered Alcohol & Drug Counselor with knowledge of alcoholism, counseling skills, case management skills, effective communication skills, community and social service needs, and general office administration practices
Utility Assistance Program Specialist (TEMP)
High school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of post-secondary education or work experience in a similar field, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are required
