Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will perform a variety of highly responsible professional, technical and analytical activities in support of MAAC’s human resources programs, including labor and employee relations, recruitment, HR data analytics, compliance, and compensation.
Requirements
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws, regulations and guidelines
- Advise managers and supervisors on employee relations and discipline processes
- Research and develop implementation strategies for employee/labor relations best practices
- Interpret policies, procedures, regulations and labor contract provisions
- Assist in the development of strategies for meeting MAAC/department human resources challenges
