The Development Coordinator will perform a wide variety of tasks related to the development and preservation of affordable housing, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations and MAAC policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Researches and compiles housing data
- Coordinates project specific tasks
- Creates and maintains organizational and RED team resumes
- Schedules appointments
- Recruits, supervises, trains and evaluates RED team volunteers
- Coordinates event planning
- Schedules resident meetings
- Maintains calendar for funding application deadlines
- Manages signature collection
- Assists with application assembly and copying
- Coordinates and assists in the preparation of funding, planning and approval application
- Monitors construction budget and schedule
- Reviews and maintains project budgets
- Assembles and reviews materials for project draw packages
- Assists in the preparation of presentations
