Lincoln Avenue Communities is seeking a Development Coordinator or Senior Development Coordinator to support the development team in creating sustainable, high-quality housing for lower- and moderate-income individuals, seniors, and families nationwide.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience supporting LIHTC affordable housing development projects
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly detail- and process-oriented
• Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Proven ability to build strong internal relationships and work cross-functionally across peer groups
• Commitment to LAC’s double bottom line mission
• Proficiency using AI tools to streamline research, drafting, and data organization
