Real Estate Development Intern

Intern assists in management of real estate development process for multifamily rental housing, single-family housing, and commercial development projects. Provides learning experiences for a broad understanding of the housing and real estate development experience.

Requirements

• Assists with coordinating real estate development project tasks
• Identifies and negotiates site acquisitions
• Coordinates local government review and approval processes
• Identifies and selects development team members and consultants
• Secures acquisition, predevelopment, construction and/or permanent financing
• Promotes community development goals
• Collaborates with staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
