Legal Counsel (m/w/d) M&A and Corporate Law

We are seeking a Legal Counsel (M/W/D) M&A and Corporate Law to advise on M&A projects, corporate law, and general corporate law matters. The successful candidate will work on creating, reviewing, and coordinating transaction-related documents, and accompany corporate law measures.

Requirements

• Completed legal state examinations with outstanding grades or a legal qualification abroad
• First professional experience in corporate law and/or in M&A project advice in a law firm or an industrial company
• Pragmatic and creative approach to legal issues while considering economic framework conditions and objectives
• High degree of self-responsibility combined with strong communication skills
• Sound English skills, preferably acquired abroad
• Strong interest in IT solutions in the legal field and first experience with the use of KI
