Banking and Financial Litigation Trainee

Role Overview

As a trainee, you will be integrated as a full member of the team, participating in internal meetings and managing files. You will accompany team members on complex and international files, often treated in close collaboration with foreign offices and other departments.

What You Will Do

You will conduct in-depth legal research and analysis in banking and financial law, insurance law, and civil procedure, and assist lawyers in preparing hearings and following up on files.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of business law, civil procedure, and obligations law
• Interest in financial or insurance matters
• Master 2 in business law, possibly completed by a business school training, at Sciences Po or by an LL.M.
• One or more experiences in a law firm
• Autonomy, rigor, and a team spirit
