Talent Acquisition Partner

hermeneutic Investments is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen its recruiting function as the firm continues to grow. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with direct execution, responsible for end-to-end recruiting across trading, research, engineering, and global support functions.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, with significant experience recruiting for hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or crypto trading shops
• Proven track record of sourcing high-quality traders, researchers, or portfolio managers, ideally with some exposure to crypto or digital asset markets
• Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., blockchain engineers) is a plus but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
• Deep understanding of trading and research talent markets, within traditional finance or crypto-native communities, including candidate availability, competitive landscapes, and compensation trends
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence, advise, and build trust with hiring managers
• Data-driven mindset, with experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions and improve hiring outcomes
