Job Description
The Director of Material Development is responsible for maintaining close functional relationships with internal and external partners, developing a strategy for material development and industrialization, and harmonizing the development processes to ensure a smooth flow of information between teams and partners. The role requires a strong technical knowledge of materials and 10 years of experience in development or industrialization of leathers, including 5 years in management.

- 5 years of experience in management
- Technical knowledge of materials (textile, metal part) is an asset
- Engineer (generalist or specialist) degree
