Senior Electrical Engineer - Power Electronics

The Propulsion team at Hermeus is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Power Electronics Electrical Engineer to design flight hardware and work on custom and commercial off the shelf solutions for supersonic and hypersonic aircraft.

Requirements

• BS Electrical Engineering or Mechanical/Aerospace with significant industry experience working with development of electrical component & systems
• 5+ years of experience in multiple of the following areas: Battery design, motor controller design, harness design and fabrication, design for high EMI environments and appropriate mitigations, power conditioning, communication hubs/busses, bus converters, and PCB layout
• Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
