Job Description
The Car Sales Consultant is responsible for facilitating the sales and finance process, providing excellent customer service, and supporting lot operations and omni-channel sales. They execute sales targets, maintain CRM output, and provide financial support to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR goals. The role involves vehicle photography, car transport, and supporting customer needs with a focus on maintaining excellent NPS scores.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers’ License
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to succeed in a global matrix organization
- Sales license for specified states (CA, OR, NC, CO, OH, Hawaii, NV, CA, OH, WY, NE, WI, MD, MA, WA, VA, MD, WA, etc.)
