Job Description
The TNC Sales and Service Specialist is an essential member of the Hertz Local Edition team, facilitating the fastest, easiest, and most valued rental car experience to Lyft and/or Uber drivers. The role involves providing assistance with rental car reservations, processing rentals, and providing clean and safe vehicles to customers.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks
- Previous customer service experience
- Computer literate and detailed orientated
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
