Requirements

• software development of storage and networking capabilities for virtualization infrastructure
• design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot software systems
• analyze feature specifications, deliver and integrate features, and develop test plans and documentation with senior engineers' guidance
• partner with architects and engineering leadership to develop and deliver competitive roadmaps
• assist customer issues as needed, provide RCA insights and help ensure technical standards and documentation requirements are met
• stay updated on industry trends and technology changes to help drive innovation into the business
• collaborate with sales, engineering, and operational teams to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
• learn about operational challenges faced by engineering teams and assist in developing risk-mitigating strategies to address them
