Financial Analyst II

The Financial Analyst II role at HPE requires a hybrid work arrangement, with 2 days of in-person work per week. The analyst will partner with businesses to ensure capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused, and will perform financial analyses and reporting to influence decisions and drive cross-business initiatives.

Requirements

• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience
• Typically, 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst
• Good analytical skills
• Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, ppt, MS Copilot)
• Good communication skills
