Solutions Architect Graduate

Role Overview

Join HPE as a Solutions Architect Graduate and work in a hybrid environment, developing solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. You'll build architecture and product knowledge through formal training and technical certifications. Contribute to the design of end-to-end technical solutions in collaboration with senior architects and account teams.

What You Will Do

Develop an understanding of customer technology environments, build architecture and product knowledge, contribute to the design of end-to-end technical solutions, support solution architecture, and provide technical input into proposals and solution documentation.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in 2025 or 2026 preferably with a focus in Business Informatics, Computer science or related degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech
• Experience or a proven interest in sales and a passion for technology
• Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions
