Java Engineer

Role Overview

We're looking for a Java Engineer to develop products and services to meet customers' emerging needs. The role is part of a highly collaborative cross-functional team that delivers for customers, respects team members, and wins as a team.

What You Will Do

Develop products and services using Java, design and implement RESTful services, and work with a broad range of software languages and payments technologies.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of software development experience, a BS or MS degree in computer science, and expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline
• 2+ years of software development experience
• Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives/challenges and articulate solutions
• Experience in Java objected oriented analysis and design, testing
• Experience with RESTFul services design and implementation
• Understanding of XML, JSON, and data structure fundamentals
• Expertise with Spring Boot, Spring, J2EE, Servlets
• Experience in multi-threaded programming
• Aptitude for learning and applying programming concepts
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners
