Senior Privacy Officer & Senior Legal and Compliance Counsel

Seeking a highly experienced Privacy Officer & Legal and Compliance Counsel to join our world-class Legal & Compliance team. Reporting to the Vice President, Legal & Compliance, you will provide authoritative legal and compliance services with a specific focus on privacy and data protection. This role combines comprehensive legal counsel responsibilities with oversight of the company’s privacy program, ensuring compliance with evolving data privacy laws and regulations globally.

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB or JD) from an accredited institution and license to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum 15 years of corporate commercial legal experience in-house or at a top-tier law firm.
• Proven expertise in international corporate, commercial, and technology contracts.
• Strong track record of delivering pragmatic, risk-based legal advice.
• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated customer focus and ability to build strong relationships.
