Bachelor's degree in technical field, API/AAMP certification preferred. 8+ years exp in oil and gas, mid-stream pipeline. Analytical skills & data analysis a must. Proficiency in Excel, GIS, and Design/Construction knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required. 2+ years of experience in engineering discipline, with registration as a Professional Engineer (preferred). Supervisory/ managerial responsibility may be involved

Minimum of 5-7 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in the energy industry, focusing on commercial contracts, M&A, and/or joint ventures
