Job Description
Join The Home for Little Wanderers and make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and their families. As a Full-Time Intensive Care Coordinator, you will facilitate the development and implementation of Individual Care Plans and risk management/safety plans for MassHealth youth with serious emotional disturbance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field
- Experience navigating child/family-serving systems and advocating for family members
- Certification in the Massachusetts CANS
- Knowledge of a second language (desired)
