Role Overview

What You Will Do

Generate Proof of Insurance, process policies, monitor direct bill endorsements, and perform various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Internet Explorer
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and software
• Ability to analyze work assignments and know when to ask for assistance
• Ability to respond promptly to departmental needs and solicit feedback
• Prepare professional form letters, write clearly, edit work for spelling and grammar
• Perform all job requirements, consistently produce quality work, complete tasks accurately and on time
