Job Description
We are seeking a Product Owner to join our growing Product organization in Bucharest. As a Product Owner, you will translate market and customer needs into clear, actionable user stories and work closely with Engineering, UX, QA, and Documentation teams to deliver high-impact software features.
Requirements
- Research & Discovery: Engage frequently with engineering, internal SMEs, and customer-facing teams to deeply understand and prioritize user needs.
- Backlog Ownership & Delivery: Serve as the primary owner of the product backlog for assigned areas
- Release Readiness & Go-To-Market Support: Support release planning by ensuring documentation, enablement materials, and internal communication are ready for launch.
- Scaling & Continuous Improvement: Track KPIs related to product usage, performance, and customer satisfaction.
