Job description
A Growth Manager at Higgsfield AI is a high-agency operator who finds channels to drive real users and revenue, tests ideas quickly, automates repeatable processes, and negotiates partnerships. This is a hands-on role that executes, measures, iterates, and scales.
Identify creators and influencers, design and negotiate creator partnerships, launch and manage creator campaigns, track performance, and automate creator discovery and outreach.
We're looking for smart, high-agency operators with strong common sense and business judgment, who are comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets, and can automate processes or quickly learn how.
