High Plains Mental Health Center

Experience in human services, ability to work effectively with individuals with serious mental illness, and strong interpersonal and communication skills

1 year of experience or BA/BS degree, must be 21+, pass drug screen, background checks, and maintain valid driver's license

LPN licensure, at least 1 year experience in psychiatric or mental health care, and physical/mental ability to work in high-pressure situations

1 year of experience in human services or a BA/BS degree, great communication and empathy, comfortable in human service settings

High school diploma, basic computer skills, strong interpersonal skills, and physical/mental ability to manage crisis situations

Must be at least 21 years old and hold an active Kansas BSRB license. Experience working with individuals in crisis is required

1 year of experience in psychiatric nursing, crisis intervention, or emergency care; current Kansas RN licensure; strong knowledge of behavioral health crisis care

High school degree or equivalent. No experience required

Must be a registered nurse with current Kansas licensure and at least one year of psychiatric nursing experience

21 years old with Kansas LPN licensure and 1 year experience in psychiatric care preferred
