Assistant Chef / Commi 2

The Assistant Chef/Commi 2 is responsible for preparing and cooking food to a high standard, maintaining a clean and sanitary work area, and ensuring all food is stored and handled properly. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with culinary school a plus, and at least one year of experience as a line cook and six months as a pantry/prep cook.
