Assistant Property Manager

Role Overview

The Assistant Property Manager performs community accounting functions and assists in the administration, leasing and supervision of personnel at The Oaks at Ellenton.

What You Will Do

Collects and secures rental payments, assists with daily rate approvals, inputs daily activity transactions, prepares accounting records and reports, and delivers late rent letters and notices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mathematical skills (high school level)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Outlook and internet
• Valid driver's license
