Contracts Manager

We are looking for a confident leader with a passion for delivering exceptional construction projects as a Contracts Manager. You will oversee multiple projects, lead teams, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple construction projects at once
• Strong knowledge of D&B contracts and project planning tools (ASTA Power Projects)
• Background in residential or mixed-use developments (groundworks, civil engineering, RC frame)
• Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• SMSTS, First Aid, CIOB qualification (desirable)
