HND/HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related subject, Chartered (or working towards) RICS or MCIOB status, 2-5 years of experience
Assistant Site Manager
HNC/NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in construction, SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant safety qualifications, Confident communicator with strong time management and leadership skills
Contract Surveyor
Relevant qualification (e.g. HND/HNC or degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction) and experience as a Quantity or Contract Surveyor in residential development
Contracts Manager
Leadership experience, knowledge of D&B contracts, and background in residential or mixed-use developments
Senior Technical Coordinator
HND/Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years of experience in technical coordination; Strong understanding of construction processes and technical standards
Architectural Designer
Architecture-based degree, strong design coordination skills, and experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
