Job Description
We are seeking an Estimator to play a vital role in helping us secure future work by producing competitive tenders, cost plans and budget estimates. You will lead on your own bids, working closely with Pre-Construction, Technical, Commercial and Delivery teams.
Requirements
- Experience in estimating for residential or mixed-use developments
- Proficient in Causeway or similar estimating software
- Strong understanding of construction methods and tendering processes
- Ability to produce Bills of Quantities from first principles
- Commercially aware with strong analytical and presentation skills
- Confident reviewing drawings, identifying inconsistencies and proposing alternatives
- Knowledge of building regulations, H&S requirements, and ISO9001
- Experience working across Pre-Construction, Technical, and Delivery teams
