Job Description
The Loan Originator will market and promote PrimeLending's products and services to realtors, builders, bank officers and potential and past clients. Responsibilities include evaluating loan products, managing customer interactions, and advising customers on loan options. This role is part of the Loan Origination division and requires meeting production standards and maintaining a professional image.
Requirements
- Evaluates PrimeLending’s and other loan products
- Maintains relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders and new home sales representatives
- Monitors customer interaction
- Collects and analyzes information regarding customer finances
- Advises customers on loan advantages and disadvantages
- Oversees loan process and communicates status
- Provides terms and conditions to customers
- Maintains a professional image
