Job Description
PlainsCapital Bank is seeking a Loan Portfolio Manager to oversee credit exposure and manage commercial client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with lenders and the relationship team.
Requirements
- Performs monitoring and servicing activities on an assigned portfolio of commercial relationships of varying size and complexity
- Manages loan performance to ensure credit portfolio remains robust and compliant
- Conducts regular reviews of existing loans to assess credit quality and identify potential risks
- Analyzes financial statements to evaluate the credit worthiness of new loan requests, renewals, and modifications
- Supports Loan Officers in guiding credit requests through the approval process
