Job Description
The Real Estate Associate Loan Originator will perform part-time office work directly supporting PrimeLending and its customers. This role involves mortgage loan origination activities, market engagement, client relationship management, and loan volume assistance. The Associate will work with the Lead/Primary Loan Originator, acting as a liaison and partner to clients and operations staff.
Requirements
- Engages in residential mortgage loan origination activities.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors and other business partners.
- Handles loan volume and assists with residential mortgage loans.
- Monitors customer interactions from application to closing.
- Collects and analyzes customer information.
