The Bartender is responsible for providing efficient and professional service of food and beverages to guests, while ensuring guest satisfaction and following hotel standards and procedures. The role requires a high customer service focus, positive impact, and initiative to resolve issues. The Bartender must also maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow operational procedures, and report any accidents or incidents.

Requirements

• Vocational/Technical Diploma or specialty in Hospitality
• 1-2 years in a managerial position in a 4/5-star category hotel
• Good English skills to meet business needs
• Motivated and committed
• Flexible and responsive to changing requirements
• Maintain high team focus and cooperation with colleagues
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcohol
• Ability to remember and recite menu items
• Open-minded and outgoing personality
