Stewarding Supervisor

As a Stewarding Supervisor at Hilton Istanbul Airport, you will be responsible for supervising the Stewards to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience, supporting the team members, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

• Supervise the Stewards ensuring high standards
• Support the Team Members in training and development
• Coordinate the daily pot-wash and dish wash responsibilities
• Maintain Back of House areas to the highest cleanliness standards
• Ensure Health, Hygiene and Safety guidelines are followed
• Report faults, misused or damaged equipment issues
• Assist in the location, movement and storage of operational equipment
• Ensure team members adhere to Health and Safety and Hygiene Regulations
