Job Description
Head of Internal Audit will lead the Internal Audit function for Hippo, overseeing all internal audit activity, providing independent assurance and advice to the Board of Directors, and establishing a long-term strategy for internal audit service.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a risk-based Internal Audit plan
- Establish a scalable resourcing strategy
- Oversee the execution of operational, financial, compliance, and technology audits
- Lead the planning, coordination, and oversight of SOC 2 examinations
- Deliver clear and insightful reporting to stakeholders
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
