Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) (or equivalent) is typically required for lawyer roles
- Admission as an Australian lawyer and holding (or being eligible for) a practising certificate in the relevant state/territory for practising roles
- 5–12+ years of progressive legal experience (in-house and/or private practice), aligned to mid–senior level scope
- Strong drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk-based judgement
- Ability to manage competing deadlines, work independently, and maintain discretion with sensitive information
