SMT Process Engineer | Pasir Gudang

The SMT Process Engineer is responsible for development, improvement, and validation of existing manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and fixtures. They will analyze SMT yield, defects, and failure modes, and implement corrective actions. The role also involves technical support and training to production operators and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related)
• Experience in SMT / PCBA or electro-mechanical manufacturing in a high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of SMT processes, IPC-A-610, reflow profiling, and equipment programming
