HireNow Staffing is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Eminent Domain Litigation Attorney to join a powerhouse legal team focused on land use, infrastructure, and property rights litigation.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Prior experience in eminent domain, land use, or public agency real estate litigation strongly preferred
- Willingness to appear in court and travel occasionally for hearings, depositions, and site inspections
