Health Care Associate Attorney Mid to Senior Level Tampa, Florida (Onsite or Hybrid Available) Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensating $290,000 - $390,000
Requirements
- Provide strategic legal guidance on a wide range of healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.
- Advise clients such as physician groups, digital health companies, and healthcare investors on business practices and compliance.
- Manage M&A and joint venture transactions within the healthcare sector, ensuring regulatory compliance at both federal and state levels.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, operating agreements, and deal documents related to healthcare operations and investments.
