Requirements

• Support the defense of warranty litigation matters on behalf of automotive manufacturers and dealer networks
• Manage discovery responsibilities, including drafting responses and preparing deposition strategy
• Draft and argue litigation motions, including discovery and dispositive filings
• Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and key witnesses
• Participate in mediation, arbitration, and settlement preparation
• Conduct thorough legal research and produce high-quality writing and case analysis
• Collaborate closely with senior litigators while taking increasing ownership of assigned matters
• Maintain exceptional organization and attention to detail across multiple cases
