We are seeking a Programme Manager – CRM & Telephony and Document Management to lead and deliver technology enabled initiatives within a multi-year, business-wide change initiative. The role involves driving strategic alignment, overseeing programme delivery, and ensuring the realisation of transformation outcomes that support the organisation's long-term goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex technology transformation programmes
• Insurance or Financial Services experience is highly desirable
• Strong commercial acumen and demonstrable financial management experience
