Senior Controls Engineer

Requirements

• Supervise controls engineers and related staff
• Coach and support engineers in identifying technical skill gaps and career development opportunities
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, including staffing plans, workload distribution, and adherence to project schedules
• Design and develop control systems and equipment to meet customer and project requirements
• Lead cross-functional technical teams throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
• Support the successful execution of assigned programs with accountability for cost, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction
