Requirements

• Evaluate and quantify economic damages and remedies in different types of matters
• Draft expert reports for testifying expert to review
• Make strategic recommendations, identify issues, and communicate with the testifying expert on the direction of the case
• Direct, review, and provide feedback on the work product and analyses of junior team members
• Communicate and lead meetings with counsel, clients, or other experts
• Prepare the testifying expert for deposition and trials
• Perform business development activities
• Deliver training and develop colleagues
