• Define and maintain EUC Services and capabilities.
• Develop and deploy digital workplace and mobility solutions.
• Provide technical support to End User systems.
• Manage and maintain VDI solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in digital workplace environments.
• Support IT Service Management / IT Operations Management.
• Apply ITIL framework knowledge.
• Perform ad hoc assignments.
