The Information Technology Manager (Workflow / Cloud / AI) is a key role within the Applications & Integration Services Section, reporting to the Senior IT Manager. This position focuses on leading the development and management of workflow automation, cloud-native applications, and artificial intelligence solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity across the university.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and manage automated workflows solutions.
• Architect and implement intelligent applications leveraging AI technologies.
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native applications using platforms like Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative units to identify digital transformation opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, manage external vendors and system integrators.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and supervise technical teams.
