Postdoctoral Research Fellow / Senior Research Assistant in clinical research

HKBU is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow or Senior Research Assistant to lead clinical research studies in Chinese medicine and biomedical sciences. The role involves managing clinical study delivery, recruiting subjects, leading project teams, and ensuring quality and adherence to GCP guidelines. Requirements

• Ph.D. or postgraduate degree with 5+ years clinical research or 2+ years project management experience
• Chinese Medicine Practices license
• Experience managing randomised controlled trials in therapeutic research for Gastrointestinal diseases (preferred)
• Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and understanding on pharmaceutical product development (advantage)
• Good English and Chinese skills, along with interpersonal & organizational skills
• Independent thinking and ability to work well independently
