Job Description
Hearst Newspapers is seeking a hands-on Press Operator and Team Supervisor to lead evening operations at their Big Rapids production facility. This role involves managing the pressroom, ensuring production, and delivering high-quality printed news. Requirements
- Previous press operation and supervisory experience
- Mechanical aptitude and a can-do attitude
- Clamp truck certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using technology in a production setting
- Reliable transportation and readiness to work 5 PM–1 AM
