Job Description
The Mechanical Estimator / Preconstruction Manager is responsible for conceptual budgeting and detailed estimating of HVAC, plumbing, and related systems. This position will work alongside other HPM team members to anticipate and fully account for scope of work related to mechanical systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Mgmt, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10-15 years of experience within a Pre-construction/Estimating environment
- Advanced knowledge of principles and practices of construction cost estimating, value engineering, conceptual budgeting, and scheduling
- Proficient in MS Office, estimating and scheduling software
- Valid Drivers' License Required
